The company advarics GmbH based in Innsbruck and Bochum develops cloud-based software solutions for the lifestyle sector (sports, fashion, shoes & accessories). We are looking for a Support Officer for the expansion of our Customer Support Department in Bochum.
- Telephone hotline for software solutions advarics.retail and advarics.cash
- online/telephone customer training and support
- Support of project staff in the implementation of customer projects
You are proficient in Microsoft Windows operating systems Win 7 to Win 10 and the most commonly used Office products. You understand the basic functioning of database-supported programs and have already worked preferably with POS and merchandise management programs.
